Tremendous offers several pre-built reports to help you reconcile with finance records and reduce your administrative burden. The order and reward reports contain detailed information about what you've sent to recipients.

Reporting time zones
In some situations, your downloaded report might not match what you see in the dashboard. This is because reports are exported using UTC date cutoffs, while dashboard filters use your local time zone as the date cutoff.
For example, if you're located in the Eastern time zone (-0500) and apply dashboard filters to view all of yesterday’s rewards, the dashboard will show you all rewards ordered between midnight EST and 11:59PM EST. If you then export a report with those filters applied, you'll receive a report of all rewards ordered between midnight UTC and 11:59PM UTC. Since the Eastern time zone is five hours behind UTC, this report will appear to include rewards ordered in the last five hours of the previous day and exclude any rewards ordered in the last five hours of the day in question.
If a report doesn't contain the line items you're expecting, you may need to expand your date filters when exporting your reports. If you're behind UTC (Americas), you may need to include an additional day at the end of your date range. If you're ahead of UTC (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific), you may need to include an additional day at the beginning of your date range.
FAQ
How can I view reward redemption details?
The reward report shows delivery status only. It does not show whether a recipient has redeemed a reward. For any questions or concerns about reward redemption details, contact your account manager or clients@tremendous.com.
Why doesn’t my report total match what I’m seeing in the dashboard?
In some situations, the total rows in your report or the sum of the Amount column may not match the totals displayed at the top of the dashboard table:
This may happen for a few reasons:
- Your dashboard time zone may not match your reporting time zone, causing some orders to be cut off. See Reporting time zones for more information.
- If you exported the order report, you may be comparing the sum of the Total paid column to the dashboard order table total, which is equivalent to the sum of the Amount column. The Total paid column includes product fees and can result in a different total compared to the Amount column, which does not include product fees.
- If you’re comparing the order or reward report to the transaction history table totals in Billing > Transaction history, the dashboard table total may include non-order transactions such as prefund balance deposits, withdrawals, and inter-team transfers.
