Tremendous offers several pre-built reports to help you gain insight into the rewards you've sent, reconcile orders and rewards with finance records, and reduce your administrative burden. The order and reward reports contain detailed information about what you've sent to recipients.
Order reports
The order report contains information about the orders you've sent, including order amounts and order placement information, any applicable fees, and external order IDs.
To download the order report, go to the Order and rewards > Order history tab of the dashboard. Here, you can specify a date range or filter your orders by other attributes, such as external order IDs or campaign templates. When you're ready to download your report, click Export at the top right of the order table.
Order reports are not customizable. For more detailed information about the rewards you've sent, download the reward report instead. The reward report can be customized to include additional information about your rewards.
Reward reports
The reward report contains the most comprehensive information about the rewards you send, including recipient information, reward amounts and delivery statuses, campaign template details, and custom fields.
To download the reward report, go to the Order and rewards > Reward history tab of the dashboard. Here, you can specify a date range or filter your rewards by other attributes. When you're ready to download your report, click Export at the top right of the reward table.
You can customize the reward report by adding or removing fields from the Team settings > Custom fields tab of the dashboard. Custom fields can be created to capture additional information about your rewards, such as a study name or project number. Learn more about custom fields.
Troubleshooting reports
In some situations, your downloaded report might not match what you see in the dashboard. This is because reports are exported using UTC date cutoffs, while dashboard filters use your local time zone as the date cutoff.
For example, if you're located in the Eastern time zone (-0500) and apply dashboard filters to view all of yesterday’s rewards, the dashboard will show you all rewards ordered between midnight EST and 11:59PM EST. If you then export a report with those filters applied, you'll receive a report of all rewards ordered between midnight UTC and 11:59PM UTC. Since the Eastern time zone is five hours behind UTC, this report will appear to include rewards ordered in the last five hours of the previous day and exclude any rewards ordered in the last five hours of the day in question.
If a report doesn't contain the line items you're expecting, you may need to expand your date filters when exporting your reports. If you're behind UTC (Americas), you may need to include an additional day on the end of your date range. If you're ahead of UTC (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific), you may need to include an additional day at the beginning of your date range.
