There are various reasons why a recipient may not see the reward email in their inbox. Some examples include:
- It was redirected to their spam folder
- It was received by their email server, but their email server filtered it
- They accidentally deleted it
If a recipient contacts you because they don't see the reward email, you can resend it to them through the dashboard.
To resend a reward:
- Navigate to Orders & rewards > Reward history.
- Find the reward you wish to resend.
- Click the Resend button.
If the recipient still doesn't see the reward email, you can direct them to:
- Add rewards@reward.tremendous.com to their list of approved senders
- Check their spam folder
- Search rewards@reward.tremendous.com in their inbox
You can resend a specific reward twice at most. If the recipient doesn't see it after two attempts, please contact clients@tremendous.com for further assistance.
