By default, digital rewards are sent to your recipients immediately. However, you also have the option to place your order today and specify a future delivery date.
If you schedule a date, the rewards will be sent at 12PM ET. You will be charged at the time you place your order.
How to schedule delivery
To activate scheduled delivery:
- Click Send rewards on the left-hand side of the dashboard, then choose Add recipients.
- Click the gear icon at the top right of the page and activate Scheduled delivery.
The Deliver at field will now appear in the recipient information table. Specify the date using a MM/DD/YYYY format (e.g. 12/31/2021). You can also add scheduled delivery dates to the Deliver at CSV column when uploading recipient information in bulk.
Admins, managers, senders, and custom roles with ordering permissions can activate and deactivate scheduled delivery. Account admins can adjust user permissions in the Team settings > Users & roles tab of the dashboard.
