Branding your Virtual Visa cards
By default, Tremendous branding appears on Virtual Visa page in three different places:
- On the left-hand side of the page header
- On the prepaid card image
- In the footer links and copy
You can co-brand or whitelabel this page by adding your own logo. The level of available customization depends on your program.
- The Tremendous logo on the left-hand side of the page header can be replaced with your own. This customization feature is available to all clients on request.
- The prepaid card image can be customized with your own logo and a background color of your choosing. This customization feature requires a several-month approval process through our partner bank and is only available to enterprise clients with more than $500k in annual spend.
- For regulatory reasons, the footer links and copy can’t be customized.
To set up co-branded Virtual Visa card pages on your account, contact your account manager or clients@tremendous.com.
Currency and language localization
Virtual Visa card balances are stored in USD and convert to the local currency when spent. Tremendous does not charge any currency conversion fees.
If you know where your recipients are located, you can order Virtual Visa cards in their local currency and language.
- When a Virtual Visa card is ordered in local currency, the card balance is displayed in both local currency and USD. If you don’t specify a currency, the Virtual Visa balance will display in USD only.
- When you use language translation, the Virtual Visa card page, redemption and usage instructions, regulatory copy, and transaction notifications are translated. If you don’t specify a language, the page will default to English.

Expiration and cardholder fees
All Virtual Visa cards have expiration dates, which are clearly displayed on the virtual card image. Certain Virtual Visa cards also have inactivity fees, which are deducted from the card’s balance. Expiration dates and inactivity fee structures depend on your use case.
- By default, Virtual Visas expire 6 months after they’re redeemed. 6-month Virtual Visa cards do not incur any inactivity fees.
- Depending on your use case, you may be required to send Virtual Visa cards that expire 60 months after they're redeemed. A $3.95 monthly inactivity fee applies to 60-month Virtual Visa cards after 12 consecutive months of non-use or inactivity.
The Tremendous operations team determines the correct expiration and inactivity fee structure for your use case at the time that your account is reviewed. For any questions about how expiration dates or inactivity fees may relate to your use case, please contact clients@tremendous.com.
