Welcome to Tremendous! We transform the way organizations pay people by offering a customizable redemption experience. It only takes a few minutes to design a template, fund your account, and send your first reward.
Step 1: Design a template
Campaign templates determine the look of your reward and the menu of payout options your recipients can choose from. You can customize colors, include a logo, and add a personalized message.
To get started, click Campaign templates on the left side of the dashboard. Learn more about campaign templates.
Step 2: Add a payment method
You can fund your account by credit card, US bank account, or invoice. To fund your account, click Add funds on the dashboard and select your preferred payment method. Learn more about payment options.
Step 3: Place your first order
Tremendous can send digital rewards to your recipients by email or SMS text. Alternatively, you can order link rewards and deliver them yourself.
To place your first digital reward order:
- Click Send rewards on the left side of the dashboard.
- Select your campaign template.
- Add recipients by manually entering their information or uploading a CSV list.
- Select your payment method, review your order, and click Place order.
Your first order will be held briefly while we verify your account. Orders are typically released within one business day.
Invite
You can invite additional users to your Tremendous account. Each user will have their own login, but you can share campaign templates and payment methods.
If your organization already uses Tremendous, request an invitation from your colleague to join your team.
