In order to obtain a production API key, your account must first be approved by the Tremendous compliance team. Complete the production API access form by using the following steps:

Sign up for a production account at https://www.tremendous.com.
Note that the production environment is separate from the sandbox environment and shares no data.
- Navigate to Team settings > Developers and click Request production API access.
- Complete the form in the pop-up that follows.
Once you've submitted the form, an internal Tremendous team member will review the information you've provided. We typically complete this review process within 1-2 business days.
Production API keys
To send rewards via the Tremendous API, developers must pass access tokens for authentication.
Admin users can generate access tokens by navigating to Team settings > Developers.
Next, select Generate API key.
Enter and confirm the name of your API key. This will generate a one-time visible token that you will copy and paste into your application to subsequently issue API requests.
