Why does my account need to be reviewed?
Financial regulations and our banking partners require us to monitor all activity on our platform. For this reason, your first order will be put on hold while our team reviews your account. We may also ask you to provide additional information about your company.
How long does this review take?
Account reviews typically take less than one business day.
What if I need to place an order immediately?
Reach out to your customer success manager or clients@tremendous.com to see what is possible within our constraints.
Is this the only time my order will be reviewed?
Financial regulations require us to continue monitoring activity even after an account is approved. This is primarily done in the background with no effect on your day-to-day account activity, but in some cases, we may reach out with additional questions about orders pending review. We won't be able to approve your order until these questions are answered.
What do I do if my account isn't approved?
We make every effort to approve accounts for all prospective clients, but in some cases, accounts are rejected. These decisions are made in line with the requirements set by our compliance team and financial institution. These decisions are final.
