Using Tremendous, you can send payouts to your recipients via email.

Send a reward via email
- From the top of the dashboard, click Send rewards > Send via email.
- Select a campaign.
- Enter your recipient's name, email address, and the amount you wish to send them.
- Select your payment method and optionally enter your own order ID for internal billing or tracking purposes. The order ID must be unique — if it has been used before, the order will fail.
- Click Place order.
Banking regulations prevent email rewards from being sent to certain recipients. Learn more about recipient restrictions.
Adding recipients
There are two ways to add recipients:
- Manually enter each recipient's information
- Upload a spreadsheet
It is recommended to upload a spreadsheet in case your order is not successful and you have to try again. To upload a spreadsheet:
- Click Upload CSV or spreadsheet > Download CSV template.
- Open the file in your spreadsheet software of choice and enter your recipients' information.
- Save the file in CSV format. To ensure that characters render correctly, save your CSV using UTF-8 encoding.
- Upload the file to Tremendous.
Using the downloaded template will ensure that the columns are formatted correctly and that your file will upload successfully.
