Order approvals

When order approvals are enabled, each order must be reviewed by an admin before it's released and your rewards are sent. You can set approval rules and choose who receives approval notifications.

Managing order approvals

Orders requiring approval must be reviewed by an admin, a manager, or those with corresponding permissions before being sent out.

Team admins can enable reward approvals within your team's account by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Team settings > Order approvals
  2. On the Rules page, you can establish rules for order approvals:
    1. Based on where the rewards are being sent from (i.e., the Tremendous dashboard, Tremendous API, or any integrations your organization utilizes to send rewards).
    2. Or based on a maximum amount or a team spending limit.
  3. On the Settings tab, you can manage which team members will receive order approval notifications.
