It can be helpful to add colleagues to your Tremendous team. Each user will have their own login, but users will have access to the team's spending and reward history, depending on the permissions you give them.
Invite a user
To invite others to a team, you must be an Admin on that team.
- On the left, click Team settings > Users & roles.
- In the upper right-hand corner, click Invite users.
- Enter the email address(es) of the user(s) you wish to invite. During this step, you will also choose the user's permissions.
Resend an invite
If you've already invited a colleague but they haven't yet signed up for Tremendous, you'll see Invitation sent instead of their last login timestamp. To resend the invitation to their inbox, navigate to the three dots next to their name and click Resend invitation.
