Team currency

Tremendous teams can be set up in USD, EUR, or GBP. All balances, order totals, and reporting will be in the currency you select.

There are two ways to get started with team currency:

  1. Team currency can be set when you create a new team.
  2. If your existing team doesn’t have any financial activity, you can change its currency.

Setting currency during team creation

You can set a team’s currency during the team creation process.

  1. Click the dropdown arrow in the team selector on the left-hand menu and select Create new team.
  2. In the “How would you like to create your team?” step, choose Start from scratch. Team currency cannot be customized when copying settings from an existing team.
  3. Enter the new team's name and add teammates if necessary, then click Advanced settings. Select the desired team currency and click Create team.

If you choose to copy settings from an existing team or if you do not specify a currency when creating a team from scratch, the new team’s currency will match the existing team’s currency settings by default.

Switching an existing team's currency

You can change your team currency as long your team has no order history, funding activity, invoices, or any of the following currency-based settings enabled:

Once you've placed an order, funded your account, created an invoice, or enabled any of these settings, your team's currency cannot be changed.

To change your team currency:

  1. Go to the homepage or Billing > Balance and open the three-dot menu on the balance tile.
  2. Select Change account currency. Select your desired team currency and save your changes.
