Tremendous is available in more than 200 countries, and senders do not need to know their recipients' locations in advance of placing an order. When a recipient redeems their reward, we detect their country based on their IP location and list the corresponding options.
Changing redemption locations
If a recipient is using a VPN or traveling abroad, their IP location may not be accurate. In these situations, they can use the dropdown menu to change countries.
Tremendous shows the currency of the payout before a recipient confirms their choice. If a recipient is located outside of the US, they will receive the equivalent value in local currency. Learn more about how Tremendous handles currency conversion.
