You can withdraw your full or partial prefund balance back to your company's external bank account at any time.
Initiating a withdrawal in the US
If you have a US bank account, you can connect it to Tremendous and initiate a withdrawal from within your dashboard.
Payment method management permissions are required to initiate a withdrawal. If you don't have the required permissions, contact your account admin for assistance. Learn more about permissions.
To initiate a withdrawal:
- Navigate to Home or Billing > Balance and go to the account balance tile.
- Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and select Initiate withdrawal.
- Add a bank account for withdrawal or choose from an existing account.
If you're connecting a new bank account to use for withdrawal, or if you haven't used your connected bank account in a while, our operations team must review and approve it for security reasons. You will receive a notification via email when your bank account is approved for withdrawal.
Initiating a withdrawal outside of the US
At this time, only US bank accounts can be connected to Tremendous. If you're located outside of the US, please email clients@tremendous.com to initiate a withdrawal.
FAQ
Can I refund my prefund balance to a credit card?
If the original transaction was made by credit card, we can reverse it back to the original card used for payment. To request this, please contact clients@tremendous.com.
Transactions made by a connected bank account or wire transfer can't be refunded to a credit card and must be returned to a bank account.
How long will the transfer take?
The amount will be deducted from your Tremendous account immediately, and it will post to your billing statement in 2–4 business days.
