You can withdraw your full or partial prefund balance back to your company's external bank account at any time.
Requirements
- You can only complete these steps if you have an admin or finance role, or have appropriate permissions.
- Only US bank accounts are permitted. If you're located outside of the US, please email clients@tremendous.com with your request.
Initiating a withdrawal
- In the left-hand menu, click either Home or Billing Balance to navigate to the account balance widget.
- Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and select Initiate Withdrawal.
- Add a bank account for withdrawal or choose from an existing account.
When the bank account is reviewed and approved by our team, you will receive a notification via email. After approval, repeat steps 1–2 above and specify the amount you would like to transfer.
FAQ
Can I refund the balance to a credit card?
If the original transaction was made by credit card, we can reverse it back to the original card used for payment. To request this, please contact clients@tremendous.com for assistance. Transactions made by a connected bank account or wire transfer can't be refunded to a credit card and must be returned to a bank account.
How long will the transfer take?
The amount will be deducted from your Tremendous account immediately, and it will post to your billing statement in 2–4 business days.
