Accessing virtual cards
Shortly after you redeemed your card, you received an email that contains a link to your card page. Your card page contains your card number, expiration date, and CVV, your current balance, and your transaction history. Your card page is accessible only via email.
If you're having trouble locating the link to your card page, please search for an email from rewards@reward.tremendous.com. The reward email looks like this:
Accessing physical cards
Your card is shipped to you via USPS First Class mail in a plain white envelope with a Kansas return address. The typical delivery timeline is 1-3 weeks.
