Refunds to Tremendous prepaid cards

To receive a refund for a purchase you made, you must contact the merchant and ask to be refunded. Tremendous cannot issue a refund on behalf of a merchant.

Once the merchant issues your refund, your prepaid card balance will update within seven to ten business days. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and US federal banking holidays.

Please note that if you received a replacement for a lost or stolen card, refunds issued to the original card number will automatically transfer to the replacement card.
