In addition to customizing reward options, you can design the look of your digital rewards. This is the next step of creating and editing a campaign template.
There are two components of a digital reward's visual presentation, the email and the landing page.
Customizing the reward email
The reward email is one component of a digital reward's visual presentation. You can customize the email when editing a campaign template.
In the left-hand menu, click Campaign templates. On the campaign that you wish to update, click Actions > Edit email. You can customize the logo, button color, sender name, email subject line, and message.
- Add your organization's logo and set its height in pixels.
- Change the color of the View reward button to match your logo, or to be whatever color you want.
- Customize the email sender name your recipients see. When a recipient receives their reward email, it will be from "[Sender name] via Tremendous."
- Customize the subject line of the reward email.
-
Write a message for recipients to read before they redeem their reward. When customizing your message, you can include custom fields that will adjust depending on the recipient. For example, let's say your template message is set to "Hi {{ recipient_name }}!"
- John Smith's reward will read "Hi John Smith!"
- Sarah Lee's reward will read "Hi Sarah Lee!"
The {{ recipient_name }} and {{ amount }} fields are available by default. If you'd like to include more personalized information in your reward message, you can create custom fields and add them to your campaign template. Learn more here.
Customizing the webpage
When a recipient clicks on their reward link, they're brought to the webpage to select and redeem their reward. The webpage is customized separately from the reward email.
In the Campaign templates tab of the dashboard, choose a campaign template and click Actions > Edit webpage. You can customize the logo, background color, headline, message, and add an extra step if you'd like to include additional information or media.
- Add your organization's logo and set its height in pixels. For best results, we recommend uploading a PNG version of your logo with a transparent background.
- Change the color of the webpage's background. This will also change the color of the Redeem button.
- Customize the headline on the page.
-
When customizing your message, you can include custom fields that will adjust depending on the recipient.
- On the left-hand side of the webpage editor, scroll down to add an extra step to the redemption flow. Use the extra step to show an additional message, image, or video to your recipients either before or after they redeem their reward.
Customizing SMS rewards
SMS rewards are sent to your recipients from +1 (205) 740-2170 and contain a short message and a reward link. The message corresponds to the subject line set in the email component of your campaign template. The reward link leads the recipient to the webpage.
To customize the message accompanying your SMS rewards, go to the Campaign templates tab of the dashboard, choose a campaign template, and select Actions > Edit email. Next, customize the Subject line field and save your changes.
Translating your campaign templates
If you're sending rewards to recipients around the world, there's no need to manually translate your campaign template into multiple languages - Tremendous offers automatic translation. Learn more about language translation here.
