Campaigns

When ordering digital rewards through the Tremendous platform, you must select a campaign. The purpose of a campaign is twofold:

  1. To define the catalog of reward options available to your recipients
  2. To set the visual presentation of the reward

To get started, click Campaigns in the left-hand dashboard menu.

To create a new campaign, click the Create campaign button at the top right of the page. You can start an order from this page by clicking the Start order button next to the campaign you’d like to use.

Click on an existing campaign to view more information about a campaign, such as the products included, regions covered, and associated fees.

You can preview, edit, change permissions, or archive a campaign by clicking the three-dot menu next to Start order.

Archiving campaigns

To archive an old campaign, click the three-dot menu next to Start order, then select Archive. Archived campaigns can’t be used for new orders, but can still be used in reports.

You can view archived campaigns under the Archived tab. To restore an archived campaign, click the restore icon to the right of the campaign.
