The balance of your prepaid Virtual Visa is denominated in USD, but can be spent in your local currency. Zero conversion fees are applied.
Because exchange rates fluctuate, the local-currency value of your card may increase or decrease slightly over time. If your local-currency purchase is declined for insufficient funds, the local-currency value of your card balance may have decreased.
