If you are a participant in a class-action lawsuit, you may be expecting to receive your settlement payout through Tremendous. The following guide will help you understand what to expect when receiving your settlement payout, as well as how to redeem and spend your payout.
Class-action payout processing times
When you redeem your class-action payout, the information you submit is processed by Tremendous, the settlement administrator, and your bank (if you choose to receive a bank transfer). Payment processing time is extremely important and allows Tremendous to distribute class-action payouts to millions of recipients as smoothly as possible. For this reason, Tremendous class-action payouts may take several business days to arrive.
After you redeem your class-action payout, Tremendous will send you an email telling you when your payout will arrive. Class-action payouts cannot be expedited. The payout will arrive no later than the end of the day on the specified arrival date.
If your payout has not arrived by the end of the day on the specified arrival date, please contact claimants@tremendous.com for assistance.
Redeeming class-action payouts
Depending on the settlement, different payout options may be available to you. The following redemption guide will help you redeem your class-action payout: How do I redeem my reward?
You may have received a virtual prepaid card as part of a class-action settlement. These prepaid cards are virtual only and do not have a physical equivalent. For more information about how to use your card, see:

Tremendous does not distribute paper checks. For more information about paper checks or other physical payout options, please contact the settlement administrator.

What is my reward ID? Where can I find it?
The reward ID is the 12-digit alphanumeric ID that Tremendous uses to identify each payout in our system. If you include your reward ID in your email when contacting claimants@tremendous.com, we will be able to assist you faster.

Can I change my payout method?
Available payout methods are determined by the settlement administrator. You can exchange your unredeemed payout for a different payout option as long as the new payout option was originally included by the settlement administrator. Tremendous cannot offer a payout option that has not been approved by the settlement administrator.
How do I contact the settlement administrator?
The settlement administrator will have contacted you previously with information about the class-action payout process. You can search your email inbox to retrieve their contact information. If you’re unable to find previous emails from the settlement administrator, you can typically find their information by searching online for the case name.
