If you can’t find an email from rewards@reward.tremendous.com or a text message from +1 (205) 740-2170, first check to see if the message was filtered. Email rewards sometimes end up in spam or promotional inboxes. If the reward was sent to your work email, the email may have been quarantined or blocked by your company’s external mail security settings.
If the reward isn’t in your spam, promotional, or quarantine inboxes, contact the reward sender and ask them to resend the reward to you.
