Tremendous offers payouts in USDC and USDT. You’ll need a crypto wallet that supports the stablecoin and network you select.
How to redeem
Please follow these steps to redeem a stablecoin payout:
- Locate the email sent from rewards@reward.tremendous.com, open it, and select Redeem. Your reward may also have been sent by SMS or as a link from the reward issuer. If you’re having trouble locating your reward, email help@tremendous.com.
-
Select Redeem on the redemption page, then select USDC or USDT. If the sender made stablecoin payouts available to you, they’ll appear in the list of options.
-
Get a deposit address from your wallet. In your wallet or exchange, select Receive or Deposit, then select the stablecoin and network you plan to use with Tremendous. Make sure you select USDC / USDT as the cryptocurrency you want to receive, and the network (Base, Ethereum, Solana) as the receiving network on your wallet.
Copy the deposit address or display its QR code in Tremendous redemption screen.
- Enter the deposit address in Tremendous. Confirm the network:
-
USDC is available on Base, Ethereum, and Solana.
-
USDT is available on Ethereum only.
-
-
Review the transfer. Check the wallet address, network, fees, amount you’ll receive, and estimated arrival time. Enter your full legal name, confirm the details, then select Send.
-
Wait for the payout to arrive. We’ll email you a link to the transfer status page. When the transfer is complete, the page will show the transaction hash and a link to the block explorer.
Stablecoin transfers are irreversible. Funds sent to the wrong address or network may be lost. Check that your wallet supports the selected stablecoin and network, and that the amount meets any minimum deposit requirement.
Network fees
Blockchain transfers include a network fee, sometimes called a gas fee. Tremendous covers up to $0.10 USD of this fee. If the fee is higher, the remaining amount is deducted from your reward.
For example, if the network fee is $0.18 USD, Tremendous covers $0.10 USD and $0.08 USD is deducted from your reward. You’ll see the fee and the amount you’ll receive before confirming the transfer.
If your wallet asks for information about the transfer
Some wallets may ask for more information before making the funds available. This is a verification step required by the wallet.
