What happens if I enter incorrect account information?

If you misspell or enter incorrect account information when redeeming your PayPal transfer, Venmo transfer, Cash App transfer, bank transfer, or instant debit transfer, the payout may be rejected and returned to Tremendous. Tremendous will automatically notify you if a payout is returned and send you a link to retry.

If you enter information for an account that you closed or no longer use, contact PayPal support, Venmo support, Cash App support, or your bank to regain access to the account or redirect the payment to a different account. You can also email help@tremendous.com for assistance with PayPal and Venmo transfers.

Tremendous cannot recall a successful transfer. If your payout is successfully deposited to a PayPal account, Venmo account, or Cash App account, or bank account that does not belong to you, Tremendous cannot recall it.
