Bank transfer payouts

Tremendous offers bank transfer payouts in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, BRL, CAD, and MXN. Please follow these steps to redeem a bank transfer payout:

  1. Locate the email sent from rewards@reward.tremendous.com in your inbox, open it, and click the “Redeem” button. Your reward may also have been sent by SMS text or as a link from the reward issuer. If you're having trouble locating your reward, please email help@tremendous.com.
  2. Click “Redeem” on the redemption page and choose the bank transfer payout option. If the sender has made the bank transfer payout option available to you, you’ll see it in the list of available options.

  3. Enter your account information. The required account information depends on the country you’re in. Once you are certain your account information has been entered accurately, click Transfer.

  4. Wait for the payout to arrive in your account. Depending on where you are located, payment arrival times may vary:

    • If you are located in the US, it can take up to 4 business days for your bank to process the incoming payout and apply it to your available balance.
    • If you are located in Europe, the United Kingdom, Brazil, or Mexico, payouts typically arrive within minutes, but it may take up to one business day for your bank to apply the payout to your available balance.
    • If you are located in Australia or Canada, it takes 1-2 business days for your bank to process the incoming payout and apply it to your available balance.

    Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and local banking holidays.

What happens if my bank transfer is unsuccessful?

Your bank transfer may be unsuccessful if:

  • You enter the wrong bank account details
  • You enter the correct bank account details for an account that is frozen or closed
  • Your bank rejects the payment

If you enter the correct bank account details for an account that is frozen or closed, or if your bank rejects the payment, your bank will return the payment to Tremendous once the issue is recognized. Tremendous will automatically notify you if a payout is returned and send you a link to retry.

When re-redeeming your payout, you may see an error if you attempt to re-enter the same bank account details as before. For permanent issues like a closed or frozen account, you'll need to use a different bank account to receive the payout. For temporary issues such as your bank rejecting the payment, you should contact your bank to resolve the problem before re-entering the same bank account details.
