Tremendous sends email notifications to keep you informed about activity on your account, from order updates to held reward alerts. The notifications page in your account settings lets you control which emails you receive.
Where to find your notification preferences
- Select your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Email notifications.
You'll see a list of email notification categories you can turn on or off. Your preferences apply only to your account. Other team members manage their own.
How it works
- All notifications are on by default. When your account is created, you're opted in to every category available to your role.
- Changes take effect immediately. After you toggle a notification off (or back on), the change applies to future emails right away.
Accounts with multiple teams
If you belong to more than one team, the Email notifications page shows preferences grouped by team. You can:
- Expand each team to see and update individual notification settings.
- Use bulk controls to turn categories on or off across all your teams at once.
FAQ
Can I manage notifications for other team members?
No. Each person manages their own notification preferences from their own account settings.
Will I miss anything important if I turn off a notification?
Some notifications are tied to actions that may need your attention, like order approvals or fraud holds. If you turn these off, you won't receive email alerts, but the items will still appear in the dashboard for you to review.
I'm not seeing a notification category I expected. Why?
The categories you see depend on your role and permissions. If you think something is missing, check with your team admin or contact us.
