Changing payout options
The value of your reward and the available payout options are determined by the organization that sent your reward. Tremendous is unable to change the value of your reward or the payout options available to you.
If you believe there's been a mistake with either the reward amount or the available payout options, contact the reward sender for more information.
Cancelling gift cards
Gift cards cannot be cancelled once you’ve made your selection and viewed the gift card code.
Cancelling prepaid cards
Prepaid cards can be exchanged for other payout options as long as:
- The card’s full balance is intact
- The card has not expired
Tremendous can cancel unspent, unexpired cards so that you can redeem one of the other reward options made available to you by the sender. For assistance, please email help@tremendous.com.
Cancelling monetary transfers
Once your payout has been successfully sent to a PayPal account, Venmo account, Cash App account, or bank account, Tremendous cannot recall it.

Cancelling charity donations
Charity donations cannot be cancelled once you’ve made your selection.
