The sender of a Tremendous reward chooses which payout options to make available to you. Most payout options have no fees. However, fees may apply in some situations.
Applicable fees are always clearly shown before you redeem your reward.
Monetary payouts
Tremendous may charge a fee for options that allow you to receive money directly into an account you own, such as PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or bank transfers. This fee covers our costs, including fees that Tremendous is charged.

Tremendous policy requires reward senders to always include at least one fee-free option. You can choose a fee-free option if you don't want any fees deducted from the value of your reward.
Prepaid cards
Tremendous does not charge currency conversion fees when you make non-USD purchases with your prepaid Visa card.
Some prepaid cards incur inactivity fees. If this is the case for your card, you will be required to click a check box acknowledging the fees before the payout can be processed.
Post-redemption, you can find out if your card incurs inactivity fees by following these instructions:
- Open your card page. For instructions on how to open your card page, see: How do I access my card?
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Terms and Conditions link in the bottom left corner.
- Review your card’s fee information in Section A3: Fees.
If your card incurs inactivity fees, a $3.95 monthly inactivity fee will apply after 12 consecutive months of non-use or inactivity. As long as you make a purchase with your card at least once every 12 months, the inactivity fee will not be assessed. Fees cease when you make a purchase or the balance of your card reaches zero, whichever happens first.
Gift cards
Tremendous does not charge any fees when you redeem a merchant gift card. However, a small number of merchants will deduct fees from your gift card balance when you add your gift card to your account.

Charity donations
There are no fees associated with charity donations.
