      Typeform integration

       

      About this feature

      • Accessible if you are an admin, developer, or have appropriate permissions
      • Supports email rewards
      • Payment method must be account balance

       

      By connecting your Typeform account to Tremendous, you can automatically send rewards to users who complete a Typeform survey.

      Connect your Typeform account to Tremendous

      1. From the sidebar, click Team settings > Integrations & apps.
      2. Navigate to Typeform and click Connect.
      3. Log in and agree to give Tremendous access to your Typeform account in the opened tab.

      Configure a survey to send rewards

      1. From the sidebar, click Team settings > Integrations & apps.
      2. Navigate to Typeform and click Configure.

      3. Click on the gear icon (⚙) next to the survey you wish to set up.

      4. Fill out the listed fields. Those marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
      5. Click Save.

      Note: For a given survey, Tremendous supports only one reward per unique email address.

      Tips and best practices

      • Check that your account balance can cover your survey budget to prevent orders from failing.
      • Create custom fields to map additional survey questions to your reward data.
      • When configuring the survey, you can assign a standard reward denomination or map the amount sent to a survey question.
      • For troubleshooting purposes, you can View Requests for a survey to see why rewards may not have been created.
