Overview

You can deposit funds into your Tremendous account to use for orders.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click either Home or Billing > Balance

  2. Click one of the buttons in the Account Balance widget (pictured above)

  3. Continue to follow the prompts for your preferred payment method

Your remaining balance can be transferred to a bank account at any time.

Payment options

There are three ways to make a deposit:

  1. Use a credit card

  2. Save your bank information and we'll withdraw the funds (U.S. only)

  3. Send us a payment from your bank account

Payment status

If we haven't yet received your payment, it will be listed as pending in your account balance. Once the funds become available, team admins will be notified via email.

How long does it take for funds to become available?

This depends on the method you used to send the money.

Payment method Typical timeline
Credit card 1 business hour
Bank withdrawal 1 business day
Invoice 1 business day after you send the funds
ACH/Wire 1 business day after you send the funds

What happens if my prefund balance is overdrawn?

When a payment failure happens, for example a credit card chargeback or a bank transfer is returned, Tremendous will debit the funds from your prefund account.

If your prefund account is low on funds, this could cause your prefund balance to go negative.

When this happens, you will be unable to place orders until you deposit funds to your account to cover the negative balance. You will see a banner asking you to add funds to your prefund account:
