Account balance (prefunding)

An introduction to holding funds in your Tremendous account

Overview

You can deposit funds into your Tremendous account to use for orders.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click either Home or Billing > Account balance

  2. Click Add funds in the Account Balance widget

  3. Choose one of the payment options listed below

Your remaining balance can be transferred to a bank account at any time.

Payment options

There are three ways to make a deposit:

  1. Use a credit card

  2. Save your bank information and we'll withdraw the funds (U.S. only)

  3. Send us a payment from your bank account

Payment status

If we haven't yet received your payment, it will be listed as pending in your account balance. Once the funds become available, team admins will be notified via email.

How long does it take for funds to become available?

This depends on the method you used to send the money.
