What does the reward email/text look like?
Overview
Digital rewards can be delivered directly to recipients via email or SMS.
If a recipient states that they have not received their reward, you can follow these steps for both email and SMS rewards.
The Reward Email
Reward emails are sent from rewards@reward.tremendous.com.
You can customize the logo, button color, sender name, subject line, and message in the Campaign templates tab of your dashboard. Learn how to add your branding to the reward email.
The Reward SMS
Text messages are sent from +1 (205) 740-2170.
In the Campaign templates tab of your dashboard, you can customize the copy of the first message by editing the subject line of the reward email. To do so, select Actions > Edit email on your desired campaign template, then add your copy and select Done to save your changes.
