How long does it take to receive my payout?

Your payout will be sent to you as quickly as possible after it has been redeemed. The redemption process begins with an email from rewards@reward.tremendous.com.

If you haven’t received an email from rewards@reward.tremendous.com, it means the organization responsible for sending your reward hasn’t yet delivered it to you. If you’re expecting a reward you haven’t received, please get in touch with the organization responsible for sending it directly.

Payout delivery timelines vary depending on the payout option you redeemed:

  • Digital prepaid card and gift card details are shared with you immediately after your information has been processed.
  • Physical prepaid cards are shipped by USPS First Class Mail and arrive in 1-3 weeks. The cards are shipped in a plain white envelope with a Kansas return address.
  • PayPal and Venmo transfers usually arrive within a few minutes but may take up to 24 hours. If your payout takes longer than 24 hours to arrive, contact PayPal or Venmo support to find out if the payout is on hold.
  • Cash App transfers take 1-2 business days to be processed and applied to your available balance. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and US federal banking holidays.
  • Instant debit transfers arrive in your account within a few minutes.
  • US bank transfers take 2-4 business days to be processed and applied to your available balance. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and US federal banking holidays.
  • EU and UK typically arrive within minutes, but it may take up to one business day for your bank to apply the payout to your available balance. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and local banking holidays.

Certain rewards must be reviewed by the sender before your payout can be sent to you:

Some reward senders require additional processing time to release your payouts. Payouts are released and sent to you as quickly as possible. For more information about the review timeline, please contact the organization that sent you the reward.
