If you've chosen to use fraud prevention, you may wish to see additional information about a flagged reward before deciding to release or block it. When a reward is flagged by your fraud settings, you can download a fraud report to learn more about the reward's redemption.
To download a fraud report for a flagged reward, go to the Fraud prevention tab of the dashboard, select the flagged reward you'd like to know more about, and click on the recipient details tile.
For privacy reasons, fraud reports are only available for rewards that have been flagged by your fraud settings. If you have fraud concerns about a reward that was not flagged, please contact clients@tremendous.com.
