Direct Visa orders

Place an order for physical Visa cards to be mailed directly to your recipients. The cards are mailed via USPS First-Class Mail (tracking is not available), and delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks.

This option is available only for recipients within the United States.

Direct Visa cards have an associated fee of $2 per card, which is applied to the total cost of your order at checkout.

All Direct Visa cards have expiration dates indicated on the front of the card. By default, Direct Visas expire six months after they’re ordered. For any questions about how expiration dates may relate to your use case, please contact clients@tremendous.com.

How to place an order

1. Click Send rewards > Ship to recipients.
2. Add recipients.
3. Choose your payment method and click Place order.
4. (Optional) Enter your own order ID for internal billing or tracking purposes. The order ID must be unique — if it has been used before, the order will fail.
5. Click Submit to confirm your order. After submission, the order cannot be modified.

Adding recipients

There are two ways to add recipients:

1. Manually enter each recipient's information
2. Upload a spreadsheet

It is recommended to upload a spreadsheet in case your order is not successful and you have to try again. To upload a spreadsheet:

1. Click Upload CSV or spreadsheet > Download CSV template
2. Open the file in your spreadsheet software of choice
3. Enter your recipients' information
4. Save the file in CSV format
5. Upload the file to Tremendous

Using the downloaded template will ensure that the columns are formatted correctly and that your file will upload successfully.
