Different payment methods are available to clients located outside of the US.
- If your company is located in the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), you can create invoices in EUR and pay them by SEPA transfer.
- If your company is located in the United Kingdom, you can create invoices in GBP and pay them by CHAPS or FPS transfer.
-
If your company is not located in the US, the Single Euro Payments Area, or the United Kingdom, you must create invoices in USD and pay them using a money transfer service. These services withdraw money from your account, convert it to USD, and send funds to us via ACH (Automated Clearing House), the standard US interbank transfer system, or domestic US wire.
You may use any money transfer service as long as it can send money to a US bank account. We know Wise works, and their rates are low and predictable, so we recommend them. When sending funds to Tremendous via Wise, select the wire payment option.

Payment delays
If the money seems to be taking too long to show up:
- Double-check that you’ve entered the correct account details, including the account number, routing number (US), IBAN and BIC (EU), and/or sort code (UK).
- If you paid an EUR or GBP invoice, double-check that you included the reference code and ensure that there are no typos. Reference codes are not required for USD invoice payments.
- Make sure that your bank or money transfer service has actually sent the money.
- Check for banking holidays. If you’re located in Europe or the UK and your bank doesn't have instant transfers enabled, check for UK banking holidays (our bank is located in the UK). If you’re located in the US, or if you paid a USD invoice from outside the US, check the US banking holiday calendar.
- If your funds are still taking longer than expected to arrive, reach out to clients@tremendous.com for assistance.
