Tremendous offers Amazon gift cards in many different countries, including the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, India, and more.

Amazon gift cards are region-locked. For example, an Amazon.com gift card can only be redeemed on Amazon.com and not on Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, or any other Amazon sites in other regions.

Amazon gift cards cannot be cancelled once redeemed. If you select the incorrect country when redeeming your reward, you may not be able to use your gift card successfully.

Amazon gift card codes are 14 or 15 digits long and appear in the format XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX. Codes are made up of both letters and numbers. You can check your card page by clicking the reward link in the email or text message that was sent to you.

Gift card errors

If you see an error when applying your Amazon gift card code to your account, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure you are following the redemption instructions. For step-by-step instructions on how to add the gift card code to the Amazon account, check your card page.
2. Make sure the code is entered correctly. Amazon gift card codes are 14 or 15 digits long, include both numbers and letters, and are formatted XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX. If your code is 12 digits long, you may be entering your Tremendous reward ID instead of your Amazon gift card code. To view your Amazon gift card code, click the link in your reward email or text message.
3. Check if the code was already added to your account. To do so:
   1. Log in to your Amazon account.
   2. Click View balance history.
   3. You can look at the last four digits of the claim codes redeemed to your account, the date claimed, and the items purchased.

If you continue to see an error and you are certain you never used your gift card code, your reward may have been compromised. Tremendous rewards are only accessible through the original reward link that was sent to you. If your reward was compromised, you should update your email account security and passwords immediately.
