How do I redeem my reward?

Please follow these steps to redeem your reward:

  1. Locate the email sent from rewards@reward.tremendous.com in your inbox, open it, and click the “Redeem” button. If you received a reward link or a text message (SMS), click or tap the link to open the redemption page.

     

  2. Click “Redeem” on the redemption page to see all of the reward options made available to you by the organization that issued your reward.

  3. Enter any required information. Depending on the payout option you choose, you may need to enter additional information like your name and email address. If this information isn't necessary, you will see information about the payout option you've chosen. Then, finalize your choice by clicking Redeem once more.

  4. Receive your payout. Tremendous will make your payout available to you as quickly as possible. For more information about payout timelines, see: How long does it take to receive my payout?
