Set up low balance notifications

Tremendous recommends creating a low balance notification that will alert you and/or other admins on your team when your balance falls below an amount you set.

To enable low balance notifications:

1. Navigate to Billing > Balance.
2. Next to Low balance alerts, select Enable. You'll be prompted to enter an amount in your team's currency. When your balance drops below that amount, users with payment method management permissions will be notified via email. 
3. Click Turn on to save the changes.

When setting a low balance threshold, be mindful of your chosen payment method and how quickly you’ll be able to top up your prefund balance when it runs low. If your prefund balance hits zero, you won't be able to place orders using this payment method, and API orders will begin to fail.
