Tremendous recommends creating a low balance notification that will alert you and/or other admins on your team when your balance falls below an amount you set.
To enable low balance notifications, navigate to Billing > Balance in the Tremendous dashboard.
When you click Enable in the Low balance alerts widget, you'll be prompted to enter a dollar amount in USD. When your balance drops below that amount, the users you select will be notified via email. Click Turn on to save the changes.
We recommend selecting an amount that will allow you a few days to replenish your account before the balance hits zero.
