Banking regulations and regional restrictions prohibit Tremendous from sending rewards to certain individuals. Recipients may not be able to receive Tremendous rewards if they are located in a prohibited region or use a prohibited email domain. Additionally, SMS rewards cannot be delivered to certain regions.
Prohibited countries
Banking regulations prevent us from sending rewards to recipients in the following countries:
- Afghanistan
- Belarus
- Cuba
- Iran
- Iraq
- Myanmar
- North Korea
- Russia
- Syria
- Ukraine
- Venezuela
- Yemen
Recipients located in these countries cannot redeem Tremendous rewards. Rewards cannot be ordered to top-level email domains owned by prohibited countries. View prohibited top-level email domains.
SMS carrier restrictions
Tremendous is able to deliver text message (SMS) rewards to most recipients worldwide, but certain countries are restricted in the content that can be delivered. In addition to the prohibited countries listed above, local carrier restrictions prevent us from delivering text message rewards to the following countries:
