Why does my first order need to be reviewed?
Financial regulations and our banking partners require us to review every new account. Accordingly, all first orders are reviewed by our team and we may ask you to provide additional information about your organization.
How long does this review take?
Typically it takes one business day from when you place your first order.
What if I need to place an order immediately?
Reach out to your customer success manager or clients@tremendous.com to see what is possible within our constraints.
Is this the only time my order will be reviewed?
All activity is monitored, so it’s possible that future transactions may require further review.
We’re committed to keeping our platform a safe place for your money, which requires us to keep our security measures confidential. Unfortunately, this means that if one of your orders is held, we won’t be able to share why.
