What to do if a reward email fails to be delivered


When a reward email fails to deliver, you will receive a notification via email, and you can also see failed deliveries on your dashboard. Failed deliveries are most commonly a bounce-back error due to an invalid email address or unintentionally rejected by the recipient's server (i.e., if their inbox is full or they marked as spam).

To help prevent delivery issues in the future, we advise recipients to add to a whitelist/safe senders list in their inbox. 

  1. Click Orders & rewards > Reward history in the left-hand menu
  2. In the All statuses dropdown, select Delivery failed


  1. Click on a reward to view its details

  2. Take one of the following actions:

    Action Description
    Cancel Cancel the reward for a refund to the original form of payment.
    Resend email Resend the reward email to the email address associated with the reward.
    Update email Update the email address associated with the reward.
    The reward email will immediately be sent to the new address.
