What to do if a reward email fails to be delivered

Overview

When a reward email fails to deliver, you will receive a notification via email. You can also see failed deliveries on your dashboard.

  1. Click Orders & Rewards > Reward History in the left-hand menu

  2. Click the Delivery Failed filter above the reward history


Instructions

  1. Click on a reward to view its details

  2. Select the Actions tab to take action on the gift

    1. Cancel: If it has been less than 7 days since the date of purchase, you can cancel the reward for a refund to the original form of payment.

    2. Resend: Resend the reward email to the email address associated with the reward.

    3. Update: Update the email address associated with the reward. The reward email will immediately be sent to the new address.
