What to do if a reward email fails to be delivered
When a reward email fails to deliver, you will receive a notification via email. You can also see failed deliveries on your dashboard.
- Click Orders & rewards > Reward history in the left-hand menu
In the All statuses dropdown, select Delivery failed
Click on a reward to view its details
Take one of the following actions:
Action Description Cancel If it has been less than 7 days since the date of purchase, you can cancel the reward for a refund to the original form of payment. Resend email Resend the reward email to the email address associated with the reward. Update email Update the email address associated with the reward. The reward email will immediately be sent to the new address.
