Send a reward via email

From the top of the dashboard, click Send rewards.

Click Send digital rewards.
- Click Email.

Select a campaign.

Enter your recipient's name, email address, and the amount you wish to send them.

Select your payment method.

Click Submit.

Optionally enter your own order ID for internal billing or tracking purposes.
- Click Confirm to complete your order.
Note: If you enter an order ID in step 8, it must be unique. If the order ID has already been used, the order will not complete.
Send a reward via SMS

From the sidebar, click Send rewards.

Click Send digital rewards.
- Click Text (SMS).

Select a campaign.

Enter your recipient's name, phone number, and the amount you wish to send them.

Select your payment method.

Click Submit.

Optionally enter your own order ID for internal billing or tracking purposes.
- Click Confirm to complete your order.
