What does the reward email/text look like?
Overview
Digital rewards can be delivered directly to recipients via email (our most popular option) or via SMS.
If a recipient states that they have not received their reward, you can follow these steps for both email and SMS rewards.
The Reward Email
Reward emails are sent from rewards@tremendous.com. If you have a Tremendous account, click here to learn how to add your branding to the reward email.
The Reward Text Message
Text messages are sent from (415) 200-1889. If you have a Tremendous account, only the first message can be customized; it will correspond to the subject line of the reward email.
