The landing page is a part of a digital reward's visual presentation. It is the page that the recipient is brought to in order to redeem their reward, which you can customize when editing your Campaign.

Step 1: Edit your webpage

You can add a logo, change the page colors, and edit the reward's message.

Logo

Optionally add your organization's logo and set its height in pixels. Because the background color of where the logo sits is gray, we recommend you upload a PNG version of your logo that has a transparent background.

The maximum possible size of your logo depends on if it's greater in width or in height. If it's greater in width, then your logo will be 400px wide at its maximum. If it's greater (or equal) in height, then your logo will be 150px tall at its maximum.

Background Color

You can change the color of the background to match your logo (or to be whatever color you want it to be!). This will change the background color of the landing page as well as the Redeem button.

Because the title and "Redeem" text are white and cannot be adjusted, please choose a background color that is not white or off-white (i.e. please choose a color that will contrast with the text so the recipient can easily read it).

Message

You can set your Company Name within the campaign regardless of what the name of your Tremendous organization is. The recipient will only see the name that you set here (e.g. "Team X" in the screenshot above).

When customizing your message, you can include dynamic fields that will adjust based on the specific recipient's reward once you place your order. For example, if your message says "Hi {{ recipient_name }} . . .", John Smith's reward will read "Hi John Smith . . ." while Sarah Lee's reward will read "Hi Sarah Lee . . ."

Step 2: Add more steps to the redemption process

Add a video, pop-up, or redirect to the landing page.

Q: How can I see what the landing page will look like?

Click on the Preview button on the Campaigns page.

Please note that in the preview, the dollar value that is shown is simply a placeholder. When the recipient opens their actual reward, the correct value will be displayed.
