When a reward's email delivery fails due to a bounce back, senders automatically receive an email notification.
You can also see your failed deliveries by navigating to History > Rewards > Failed Deliveries. Click on the individual reward you would like to update and click the Actions tab.
If you would like to cancel the reward, click Cancel. You will receive a refund to the original form of payment.
Otherwise, click Update to update the recipient's email address.
Enter the new email address and click Submit. The reward email will be sent immediately.
