First, navigate to History > Rewards and click on the individual reward you would like to resend.  Note: To learn how to filter for specific rewards, click here.

Go to the Actions tab and click Resend.

Failed Retries

If a recipient states that they still don't see their reward email after a resend attempt – you are able to do this once per reward – please ask them to:

  1. Check any spam or alternate filters/folders.
  2. Add [email protected] to their email whitelist.
  3. Contact [email protected] (including their Reward ID is helpful).
