To send orders via SMS, click Digital Rewards under the Order tab.
After you select the Campaign for your order, you will be prompted to enter your recipients.
To send a reward via SMS, enter the recipient's phone number and leave the ˆˆRecipient Email field blank. If you enter both the recipient's email address and phone number, the reward will be sent via email.
How to add the Recipient Phone Field
As an account admin (you will have to ask for their help if you are not an admin), navigate to the relevant team's account settings as described in this article and click Fields. When you scroll down, you will see the Recipient Phone field - click the checkbox under Active.
If all the rewards are to be sent via SMS, you can deactivate the Recipient Email field.
